UP & UNDER TLO TRAINING
Christopher Macnaughton, founder of Up & Under, is a former high level rugby player and certified coach. His professional experience across the world over the past ten years has brought him into contact with many different sports and cultures, and seen him successfully confront an extensive array of demands and challenges on his clients’ behalf.
His work ‘on the field’ alongside some of the biggest names in Sport has naturally made him an expert as a team liaison officer in France.
In order to answer the growing demand for experienced liaison officers, Up & Under created in 2015 the ‘Up & Under TLO Training’ course.

Recruitment and selection criterion:
- Spoken language skills and certificate,
- Experience as TLO, experience in large sporting events,
- Personality: autonomous, reactive, open-minded, approachable, level-headed, calm,
- « Common sense »: make the right decision at the right time,
- Stress management: dealing with various situations under pressure,
- Knowledge of the city/region/environment.
