Started in january 2015, Up & Under is a sports travel and events agency that specializes in team logistics and organizing sporting events.
The agency is based in Paris and acts as the main point of contact for teams travelling to France for tournaments, tours and games. Up & Under is also present around the world, assisting teams, clubs, unions during major sporting events.
Over the years, Up & Under has also become the main contact point for a number of international teams travelling to France. Our focus is to offer an outstanding, professional, reliable service to teams, staff and management.
For several years now, Up & Under has been a key coordinator for many international teams during their trips to France. Throughout its different activities, Up & Under is committed to share the values that lie at its core:professionalism, accuracy and hospitality.
Our aim: to assist the best entities in the world, understand their needs, become essential to their wellbeing.
Christopher Macnaughton
Born and raised in Paris of a Scottish father and American mother, Chris started Up & Under in 2015, having graduated from Heriot Watt University in 2011.
A former rugby player having played in France, New Zealand, Spain & Scotland, Chris came across the many opportunities in the sporting world off the field. His interest in different cultures, his passion for organizing events and sharing his love for sport brought the creation of Up & Under.
Léo Péna
Parisian born and avid Sports fan, Léo left Nike in 2018, having re-signed Stade Toulousain with the iconic swoosh, and keen for a new venture.
Leo joined Up & Under in 2019 as co-director of the agency.
Also a keen rugby player (former captain of the Paris Université Club in Federal 2), Léo brings his experience in the sporting world. His focus is on developing business and creating new partnerships.
