Our logistics season for professional teams is coming to an end, and Up and Under, before the final sprint that will lead us to the 2023 World Cup in France, is entering its period of organizing various end-of-season summer camps for our sports teams.
June was marked by various events organized by the agency, with the highlight being the Tour in Ireland for the Racing 92 U14 category.
This traditional camp organized for the Parisian club marks an important step for a rugby player: the final moments in the rugby school before moving on to the U16 category.
The objectives of this trip are multiple: cultural exchange, visits to the most beautiful places in Ireland, but also high-level training in the country of the top-ranked World Rugby.
The agency’s role, in close collaboration with Racing’s leaders, begins with the conception of the trip. Leveraging our expertise in logistics, we proposed several activities, customized accommodations, transportation, all tailored to this age group. This organization allowed the group of 50 players to travel from Galway to Dublin via Cork for 10 days, with the privilege of training at Leinster, Connacht, and Munster.
To ensure the smooth running of the trip, Up and Under placed a member of the agency as a travel manager throughout the stay. This premium service facilitates coordination between various local service providers and the group, as well as translating various visits.
A big thank you to Racing 92 for renewing their trust in us this year!
Welcome to Ireland!
